
Samsung officially introduced the Galaxy S25 Ultra 5G at its Galaxy Unpacked 2025 event in San Jose, California. The new flagship delivers a combination of enhanced performance, smarter AI, a refined titanium body, and improved camera optics, making it one of the most advanced Android smartphones of the year.

Display and Build Quality
The Galaxy S25 Ultra sports a 6.9-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel with up to 120Hz refresh rate, protected by Corning Gorilla Armor 2 glass. The display features an anti-reflective coating for superior outdoor visibility. Featuring a titanium frame with rounded corners, the phone now measures just 8.2mm thick and weighs 218g, making it sleeker and lighter.
Performance and Software
Under the hood, the device uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy, optimized for better power efficiency and processing power. Users can experience AI-driven features like on-device Generate Edit and the smart Gemini AI assistant. It runs on Android 15 with One UI 7 and promises seven years of updates, ensuring long-term reliability.
Camera System and Photography
The quad-camera system includes a massive 200MP main sensor, a new 50MP ultra-wide camera, a 50MP 5x telephoto lens, and a 10MP 3x telephoto lens. The S25 Ultra also supports 8K video recording at 30fps. The 12MP front camera offers sharp selfies and improved low-light performance for video calls and social media content.

Backed by a 5,000mAh battery, the flagship supports 45W wired charging and 15W wireless charging. Connectivity features include 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and USB-C, ensuring seamless data transfer and rapid wireless performance across networks.
S Pen and AI Features
The S25 Ultra retains the S Pen stylus, allowing users to draw, write, and control the phone with precision. Samsung’s Galaxy AI integrates Gemini features like text tone adjustment, image editing, and live suggestions, creating a richer and more personalized smartphone experience.
